DESIMAT was established by a group of architects and interior designers who have had over 30 years of experience in the business.  The firm is managed by its Three founders, Leonardo G. Sioco, Jr., Bob S. Sanchez, and Mina J. de Leon, all of whom have worked together for an international interior design company.  Although they eventually went into professional practice for separate companies, their bonds remained strong.  In March 2015, the power team was reunited and set up DESIMAT Consultants, Inc.
